The entrance to the lobby is located directly opposite Paradox Singapore Merchant Court.
Use the lift located in the lobby (BLUE Zone) beside the Subway to our clinic. You will need to call our clinic using the intercom located in the level 1 lift lobby:

NOTE: As the lifts are access-controlled, visitors
- Press 2086 (which is the clinic unit number)
- Press the button with the red bell symbol (lower right-hand corner)
- Wait for the call to be connected
- Once its connected, our staff will activate the lift. You should be able to board any lift that is at level 1 or the first lift that comes to level 1.
