Frequently Asked Questions

If the answer to your question does not appear here, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q. Do I need to make an appointment? And how?
Answer: Yes, time will be allocated to your dental treatment upon making appointments to maintain high quality of care. We make every effort to attend to every appointment on time and ask that the same courtesy will be extended to us and other patients.

You can make appointment in different ways. Call or text to HP: (65) 9671-1096.
Or email us at drhcleong@leongdental.com.sg

During our office hours, patients who need emergency dental services (such as root canal treatment, wisdom tooth surgery, dental trauma, dental pain) can seek immediate attention in our office.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to schedule you in later in the day, kindly approach our counter staff to reschedule your appointment.

We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances where it is necessary to cancel your dental appointment at short notice.  However, we do appreciate where possible, to have 24 hours’ notice if you are cancelling your appointment, so that we are able to give this appointment to another patient in need of attention.

Patient wishing to book an appointment longer than an hour may be asked to pay a deposit, which will be applied towards payment of treatment.  However, the deposit will be non-refundable if the patient is extremely late, with no excuse, or does not attend/ cancels with less than 24-hour notice.
