At Dr H C Leong Dental Surgeon, we are dedicated to providing our customers with uncompromising quality dental care in a soothing environment. The way we do things reflects our commitment. We believe in delivering value and providing holistic solutions to our customers' oral health needs. Our clinic offers a comprehensive array of oral health care services.

Unique features of our clinic

We specially design each treatment room to offer a high ceiling and floor to ceiling windows with a panoramic view of Fort Canning hill, Clarke Quay and the Orchard and River Valley area and the sky above. The high ceiling offers a much greater feeling of space and airiness and many have commented that the view of the sky and clouds gives a relaxing and soothing atmosphere as you are receiving treatment.

This is complemented by the relaxing sounds of classical music chosen specifically to sooth your senses.

We have also taken pains to eliminate odours and maintain a very clean environment so that patients will be comfortable and relaxed. Our location also affords an exceptional level of privacy and security as the lifts are access controlled and we are able to completely close our premises for you should you feel the need for complete privacy during your visit with us.

Our commitment to giving you the optimal oral health care.

We believe that the quality of care we can provide you is profoundly influenced by 3 elements:

  • Technology
  • Information (in your hands as well as ours)
  • Care, concern and service standards

All these elements are vitally important to providing the most optimal and satisfying outcome to you, our patient.
Information

"You cannot treat what you cannot see". Technology helps us gather information, and most of our examination and treatment procedures are carried out under a dental operating microscope, which we believe greatly improves accuracy in diagnosis, precision and quality of work produced as a result of much greater visibility.

Our practice is also equipped with a Kavo 3D exam Cone Beam CT scan, which permits far greater detail in examination and visualization in 3 dimensions than conventional x-ray systems (which are 2 dimensional). This allows us to detect problems, plan procedures and predict treatment outcomes with a much higher degree of confidence.

Care, Concern and Service Standards

We understand that all our patients rightfully deserve from us care and concern for their well being.

As such we have taken a wholistic approach through:

  • Selecting and hiring suitable personnel
  • Continual on job training of our staff
  • External training and development
  • Defining, formalizing and continually refining our service standards
  • Benchmarking our standards against best practices (for example our Infection control standards and practices are designed to comply with US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations, the guidelines of the Irish Dental Council and General Dental Council of the UK)
